The Morning Huddle as a Must Do- April 7, 2017 afternoon program-
The way we begin our day lays the groundwork for the entire day. Our morning huddle needs to include every
team member reporting to the group to open critical lines of communication. This communication will ensure
excellent quality of care and ‘customer service’ but keep us organized from start to finish. The end result is
lowered stress for everyone, a better patient experience, and greater profitability.
