Dr. Bregman will help you determine and prioritize the leadership, clinical, and practice goals you want to attain. With his one-on-one support and guidance, you will thrive personally and professionally.
Telecoaching
On an hourly, monthly, or yearly agreement, Dr. Bregman will help you with challenges that face your practice. Telephone coaching is a time- and cost-effective way to get the guidance you need to move toward problem solving.
In-Office Assessment
An on-site visit will allow Dr. Bregman to see first-hand all aspects of your practice and the functioning of the dentist and entire team. Coupled with a dentist/team questionaire and analysis of the 'numbers' of the practice, a plan will be created to help the practice move toward its desired goals.
Practice Booster™
As a Practice Booster™ Certified Analyst, Dr. Bregman performs an an in-depth analysis in a simple, efficient and economical manner. You will immediately be able to put into action what you have learned and grow your practice from the inside. Three simple steps allow this to happen for you:
- Provide your current fee schedule
- Provide a computer-generated report of all procedures by ADA code performed in either a 6 or 12 month period
- Complete a brief questionaire
Your data will be processed using specially-designed software created by Dr. Charles Blair, producing 51 practice monitors/analysis points.
A 1½-hour telephone consultation will follow, outlining four key areas of analysis:
- the practice in total
- the dental hygiene department
- the dentist's profile
- the mix of procedures performed in the office
Finally, a written report immediately follows.
